Daniel Z. Inscore


Daniel Inscore was born and raised in Mansfield, Ohio, and graduated from Ontario High School. He then attended the University of Cincinnati and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs. He went on to earn his law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law.

While in law school, Daniel was awarded a fellowship by the Public Interest Law Foundation. He served as a note editor for the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution. As a member of the moot court team, he competed in national and international moot court tournaments.

Daniel externed at the Judicial College of the Supreme Court of Ohio, working with judges throughout the state to update and improve continuing judicial education courses. While in law school, he also worked to secure the rights of low-income Ohioans and represented indigent parties in various Franklin County Courts.

After completing law school and before joining Inscore Law Offices, Daniel practiced in Cleveland, Ohio, representing victims of neglect and abuse in nursing homes and assisted living facilities throughout Ohio.  Over two years, he helped to secure over $4.7 million dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients.
